Learnings
Looking at Architecture through the lens of Films offered fresher perspectives about space design. This demonstrates that analogy helps in addressing a subject from a different point of view thereby creating unique solutions.
Initially I was lacking clarity about the direction or the intended outcome of the project. I found clarity through research on related topics and by examining Film and Architecture from reciprocal viewpoints. I realized the following: Curiosity will lead to questions, while research and analytical thinking will help in addressing those questions.
I had a notable revelation when I was able to derive the Design program and spaces by designing different experiences for various users. This underscores the role experiential design plays in addressing various attributes of the project.
