My Interests and Passions
Tennis
Tennis! What a wonderful sport it is. It brings unusual focus and emotions when I am on the court. It is complex physio dynamic sport that is hard to excel. And that's the beauty of it, it teaches me to handle my emotions, to be a good observant of self as well my opponent, and it always keeps me humble.
There are good days and bad days, and what helps me through the bad days is having the right attitude and knowing the right technique. While attitude is something that I have been improving with time, technique is something that gives a supporting hand. And that's why I have invested time in understanding tennis, various shots and few tactics, some of which I have included here.
It has brought changes to my life outside court as well, and whether I am on court or away from court I intend to bring same level of energy.
